[HC] Broxigar the Red

Broxigar the Red (F*ckin’ Beast Mode)

This son of a b*tch cleaved his way through thousands of demons before jumping through the Legion portal to Argus to kill some more. Once he was through the portal, he killed so many demons that he stood upon a literal hill of bodies before Sargeras himself had to respond. Broxigar lost his battle with Sargeras but he still managed to damage the fallen Titan, the only mortal known to injure the Lord of the Burning Legion. What more motivation do I need to make this character?

Abilities

Q - Bloodthirst: Strike an enemy dealing 120 damage and Healing for 5% of their Maximum Health.
6 sec CD.

W - Gore: Rear back and swing your axe, dealing 90 damage and rending the flesh of enemies hit causing them to take 160 damage over 5 seconds. 10 sec CD. 180 degree Arc. Range 1.5. Swing Timer: .5 seconds.

E - Howl: Nearby enemies are slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. 12 sec CD. Radius 2.

R1 - Dragon Rush: Empowered by Korialstrasz you are set ablaze and charge forward knocking enemies aside then exploding dealing 400 damage to nearby enemies. 100 sec CD. Range 3-7.

The knockback only affects enemies hit along the path, not the explosion point.

R2 - Rampage: Basic Attacks dealt to Heroes grant a stack of Rage. Activate Rampage to cause your next Basic Attack to be instant and strike an additional time for every 5 Rage you currently have. Additional Basic Attacks deal 50% of normal damage. Max 20 Rage.

D – Lok’tar Ogar!: When you take 25% of your Health in damage you enrage causing your Basic Attacks and Abilities to critically strike for 4 seconds.

Baseline Quest: Atop a Mountain of Corpses:

Quest: Participate in killing a total of 150 Heroes, Minions, or Mercenaries.

Reward: Blessing of Cenarius: You receive the Axe of Cenarius causing your Basic Attacks and Abilities to ignore Armor.

Talents

Level 1

Q/W - Bloodcraze: Each enemy that bleeds from Gores damage over time grants a stack of Bloodcraze. For each stack of Bloodcraze increase the damage of your next Bloodthirst by .25% of the targets maximum Health per stack. Max 20 stacks.

W - Deep Wounds: For every 20% Health the target is missing Gores damage over time is increased by 25%.

Passive - Even Odds: Gain 25% attack speed for each nearby enemy Hero. Radius 2.

Level 4

Q - Slaughter: Bloodthirst deals 5% of the targets Health if they’re under 50% Health and heals for the additional damage done.

Q/W - Drink It In: When Bloodthirst strikes an enemy Hero it refreshes the duration of Gores bleed effect and Heals you for 250% more. This effect has a 20 second cooldown.

Passive - Endurance: Collecting Regeneration Globes increases your Maximum Health by 15 per globe and Bloodthirst heals you for 5% of your or your targets Health, whichever is higher. No limit.

Level 7

# - Overpower: Activate Overpower to cause any combination of your next 2 Basic Attacks or Abilities to ignore Protected status. 30 sec CD.

(Additional Basic Attacks granted by Rampage are considered one Ability for the sake of Overpower)

W - Rend: Double the bleed duration of Gore but lowers its damage per second by 33%.

W - Gushing Wound: Gores damage over time affects Health even if the enemy has a Shield.

E - Shaken: Enemies affected by Howl lose 10 Armor.

Level 13

W/E - Whirlwind: After using Howl your next Gore whirlwinds striking all enemies around you.

D - Warpaint: While Lok’tar Ogar is active you gain 10 Armor.

Passive - Revenge: Deal 150 additional damage on your next basic attack. Each Basic attack against you reduces the cooldown by 2 sec. 24 sec CD.

Passive - War Machine: After a takedown your movement speed is increased by 40% for 3 seconds.

Level 16

E/D - Unbridled Rage: When Lok’Tar Ogar activates you become Unstoppable for 1 second and your next Howl adds .5 seconds to the duration of its effect.

D - Ignore Pain: Gain a Shield equal to 15% of your maximum Health when Lok’tar Ogar causes you to enrage.

D - Enraged Regeneration: While Lok’tar Ogar is active, activate Enraged Regeneration to Increase your Armor by 20 for 4 seconds. Each time you’re damaged during those 4 seconds you heal for 8% of your current maximum Health. Can be activated while Stunned. 90 sec CD.

Level 20

E - Terror: Enemy Heroes at or below 25% Health are no longer slowed by Howl, instead they are feared in place for 1 second.

R1 - Searing Flames: Enemies hit by the knockback and explosion of Dragon Rush are set on fire dealing 3% of their maximum Health in damage each second for 5 seconds.

R2 - Anger Management: Each additional attack granted by Rampage now only costs 4 Rage.

Passive - Never Surrender: Upon taking fatal damage, you become invulnerable for 2.5 seconds. During this time your passive Health regen is not active. 240 sec CD. Takedowns reduce the cooldown by 30 sec.

(If you receive no healing during this time you die at the end of the invulnerability)
