Last game I played on Hanamura, neither I nor 2 of my teammates counted as standing on the payload to move it. 3 people on the payload, and it didn’t move. 3 people on the payload, and when the enemies stood on the payload, it moved for them.
I was playing as tracer, and the other 2 were tassadar and brightwing, just if it is something related to particular heroes. I can also upload the game replay if needed.

Happened to me too and many others said the same
there seems to be a problem where specific heroes don’t interact / trigger the cart
Just noticed the same issue.
It seems to not even be consistent. Sometimes people would count for the payload, sometimes not.
Yep. Experienced the same with Johanna. Very annoying as it prevents you from contesting the payload.
