Hey, Kuddlesberg! The GSOD (Greenscreen) should be treated as the same as BSODs (Bluescreens). Usually, this is an indication that the system is on an Insider Preview build (Beta or Testing OS, not an official release of Windows). With the PC crashing, I recommend to contact Microsoft about this issue and if you are on an Insider Preview build, reporting the issue on the appropriate forums can help to see if it’s related to a bug within Windows.
If you wanted to check the current build on the system, press Windows Key + R, type in winver It should state Version 1909 (Build 18363) or below.
