So, the EU forum is kinda dead, so help me here please. Bought the golden Abathur skin yesterday from shop, and today I woke up to the patch and my golden baby is now dusty red? I bought one colour and you replace it with another. I want the thing I spend my money on, not a substitute.

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately the truly “Golden” Abathur skin was not intended for release at this time and was unintentionally available for purchase on live regions during last week’s PTR. The “Red & Golden” Abathur skin was the intended release skin. Any players who bought the “Golden” Abathur skin on live during 6/10/19 - 6/17/19 will have had their skin updated to the “Red & Golden” Abathur skin after patching up to Heroes.46.
For this specific skin, “Galactic Xenotech Abathur”, we are offering refunds for the skin if you purchased it during the above dates. Please submit a ticket with Support in the following location if you would like to request a refund:

Well, I talked with support already, and they told me that a refund is not possible for this skin, because it was bought with shards, not real money. So I’m guessing, that after a while this skin might be released after all, and it will be truly di*k move to charge me again for it.
So basically I bought something, they will not refund me and they give me something I don’t like instead. Great service guys, as always…
