New patch Genji’s "“Strike At The Heart” talent at lvl 4 dealing 5775525617664 dmg after 4294967296 sec. So well if you hit them and they don’t die in 136 years they will definitely die after that. I mean this will never happen so the talent is broken and don’t really do anything.

Still an issue, playing during ARAM and had this bug occur.
I think it is just a tooltip bug. The talent does do the correct damage over the correct time.
