General Duke hero suggestion

General duke was a prestigious confederate general before he switched sides and joined the terrorist group the “sons of korhal” led by arcturus mengsk, he fought for him for some time in his flagship ‘Norad II’.

General duke would be a short ranged AA with long ranged ability paired with different mobility options then most heroes.

Q - Yamato Cannon: The Norad II charges its yamato cannon for 3 seconds and fires if the target is still in vision range dealing 450 damage on contact and stunning the target for .5 seconds.
Shot speed: 3 units per second
Cast range: 10 units
Cast Energy Cost - 50
CD: 30 seconds

W - Goliath Squadron: The Norad II drops 3 goliath units below it piloted by crewmembers, recasting W will move the goliath squadron, casting W on the norad removes the units from play and resets the cooldown on skeleton crew, while the goliath squadron is outside of Norad II, the movement speed of Norad II is reduced by 20%
Recast range: 12 units

Goliath Move speed - 3.8 units per second

CD: 12 seconds on standard cast, .5 seconds on recast

E - Engine Overdrive: For 5 seconds the norad II regenerates 150 health per second and gains 80% bonus movement speed, if the norad II takes damage within these 5 seconds it loses all bonuses and additionally loses 20% movement speed for the remainder of the 5 seconds.
Cast Energy Cost - 100
CD: 25 seconds

Trait - Battlecruiser Class Starship: The norad II has 20% less base movement speed then most other heroes, however it can fly over other heroes, terrain and structures and can shoot while moving aswell as see over terrain and structures.

Special Mount - Tactical Jump: After 3 seconds of channeling the Norad II can teleport to any location on the map however it can’t attack or use abilities for a second after using this.

Ult 1 - Land and Deploy: The Norad II lands regenerates all energy and sends out 8 marines 4 firebats and 2 medics, and your ability hotbar changes, the marines firebats and medics have the same control as lost vikings however still count as monsters (cant collect XP capture objectives or merc camps or hold items). Q is replaced with Reinforcement of Marines: the norad II sends out 1 marine repetitively until you control 8 marines, it costs 150 energy and has 1 charge that never refreshes. W is replaced with Reinforcement of Firebats: the norad II sends out 1 firebat repetitively until you control 4 firebats, it costs 150 energy and has 1 charge that never refreshes. E is replaced with Reinforcement of Medics: the norad II sends out 1 medic repetitively until you control 2 medics, it costs 150 energy and has 1 charge that never refreshes. R is replaced with Launch, all marines medics firebats are no longer controllable, you reselect the Norad II and the medics marines and firebats path to the closest lane and fight down it.

Firebat Attack Damage - 30
Firebat Attack Range - 4 units
Special - Firebat attacks splash in a 2x4 radius dealing there attack damage to all targets.
Marine HP - 120
Marine Attack Damage - 40
Marine attack Range - 8 units

Medic Attack Damage - -40
Medic Attack Range - 4 units
Special - Medics only attack damaged allies (heroes minions mercs and monsters), and prioritise the lowest % health attackable in there range
CD - 125 Seconds

Ult 2 - Deploy Siegetank: Deploy A siegetank with 850 Hp near the Norad II piloted by general Duke himself, the siegetank will stay there indefinitely, however you can recast the ability to pick up the siegetank and set the ults CD to 10 seconds and its energy Cost to 0
Siegetank Attack Range - 12 Units
Cast Range - 4 Units
Siegetank Attack Damage - 90
Energy Cost - 200
CD - 90

I really like the concept of General Duke, but I think it needs some change in the text. The first thing I think you should change is the trait to Behemoth-class Battlecruiser because it makes a difference by its design. The second is the Ult 2 - Deploy Siegetank and make it multiply or add another effect to it as it seems plain; Like deploying General Duke in his Siegetank as the Norad II is repairing. The last change Maybe changes the Engine Overdrive effect as that makes no sections or the name; like to Emergency Move. Other than those changes, I think you are good.

Edmund Duke along with Horace Warfield have been in datamined since Blizzard DOTA days later to be replaced by Sgt. Hammer just before BlizzCon after Blizzard All-Stars changed it’s named again to Heroes of the Storm.
