I have had this problem for few months already. I can not see/write the General Chat in-game and my friends can. I have sent a ticket but they do not know what is about, so the have sent me here… The problem is somehow the General Chat showing up to me is General1(deDE) when I am currently leaving in the UK, but my game language is Spanish. I have done all the steps they ask for when sending a ticket. I mean, I have checked and sent MSInfo and DxDiag, as well as the Looking-glass where I had discovered that for some reason I can not ping the the IP Servers they provide for UE Servers…
