If I select Gazlow’s level 20 talent “It’s Raining Scrap” when I’m dead or disabled, sometimes it makes the skill unable to be activated. It will show up in the hotkey skill area, but be permanently grayed out. It’s happened to me three times now.
Yeah, it is very annoying! It seems to work for me if you select level 20 and then don’t die. It seems that after you die it fails, but I haven’t repeated that. If you select raining scrap level 20 talent whilst you are dead, it is never selectable (have replicated this).
So don’t select your level 20 when dead.
Blizz seem to be silent and not want to do anything about it at this stage… It has been reported:

Same issue. This is due to a patch I think he one introducing the new hero.
