Game won't connect to servers

The game won’t launch on my Mac. No matter how much I update it or restart the computer or reinstall the game. I click on the blue button on the app and the icon appears, but it just won’t launch. Sometimes a window appears that says “Connecting to streaming server…” but it never does. Usually, though, no window appears.

My Mac is updated and my internet is reliable. Please help.

I’m experiencing the same problem. The Battlenet launcher opens and I can select games, but when I click “Play” the button changes to “Launching” before changing back to “Play” again. Under the launcher bar, the games show up, but does not open or play, even when I select them manually.
