For about a month or so, I’ve been almost unable to play HOTS due to dropping frames. At first, I thought it might be the internet but it’s only my laptop that suffers. So I’ve factory reset my laptop, re-installed the game, updated drivers, checked temperatures, checked temporary files, and about 15 or 20 other little things. The only issue that I can actually see is when i have the resource monitor pulled up while I’m playing the game. This is my first time posting so I’m not sure how to post screenshots, but every time I lag, my cpu usage drops to about 0% for about a second or two then goes back up to around 40-50% again. I get one of these drops about every 10 or 15 seconds, and they last about 2 or 3 seconds total which makes the game unplayable. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be causing the issue?
