Fps under 10 Hots

Hi i have problems in hots with my fps in game they are stuck in 6 in game and also in the launcher. this became yesterday i tried all the advices that recomend the page.
I did nothing special. i didnt instal or upgrade any program and i used
to play with 60 to 70 fps

Hey, MadKitty! What would you mean by the FPS in the launcher by chance? If the launcher seems a bit slow, it may help to try disabling the hardware acceleration:

  1. Open the Blizzard Application.
  2. At the top left, there is a Blizzard Logo. Click here and then Settings.
  3. In the General tab, scroll down all the way to the bottom.
  4. Uncheck “Use browser hardware acceleration when available.”

Let’s gather a DxDiag file to check out. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
