I just want to add to this thread. I use Citrix Workspace for school and because I no longer need it for one of the classes I’m taking I uninstalled it. To be clear, UNINSTALLING IT did not fix the problem. Instead I had to install the old version to fix whatever Citrix had done. I got frustrated trying to troubleshoot this issue and after not having success I went weeks without playing HoTS and wasn’t able to fix this issue until applying this fix this morning. I hope this helps someone who simply tried to uninstall Citrix Workspace.
