I’m unable to change my forum avatar. If I attempt to do so on my computer, regardless of browser, the various portraits won’t appear and I’m left with a grey box no matter how long I wait for it to load. If I try to change it while on my phone, I can get the portraits to appear, but am met with an 422 Error if i click on one.
are you using any ad blockers?
any browser addons?
I’ve tried disabling my adblock, but it didn’t do anything to help. A few months ago when they added all the new heroes I could switch around, but I haven’t been able to since then.

i just tried looking at it on both my accounts. the main one here is Trust Level 3 and the other is like Trust Level 2 i believe (maybe Level 1 though… i dont use it much).
I used Portable Google Chrome (50.0.2661.94) and Opera (58.0.3135.127).
both showed the avatar page. on the chrome browser though there was a delay of 2-3 seconds before it loaded the hero pictures. dont know what thats about, but they still showed up anyway.
edit:
i downloaded a newer portable chrome version to test it (73.0.3683.86). still see the avatars fine.
possibly if you post your browser and the version then someone may be able to help more since there may be other steps to take.

I’ll try clearing out my cache and cookies. See if one of those helps
EDIT: that seems to have fixed it for some reason. Guess it’s been awhile since I’ve cleared out cookies on blizzard sites.
