What??!! Why??!! That is a very questionable list. I can’t understand why some of them is in that list. For some example:
Why Garrosh needs a nerf?
Why Lucio needs a nerf?
Why Buttcher needs a nerf?
Why Zazeebo needs a nerf?
Why Illidan needs a nerf?
Why Gazlowe needs a nerf?
Why Stitches needs a nerf?
Why Varian needs a nerf?
Also, you forgot put Tracer in that list

What are you going to nerf on hammer? Ground casts already check her off the lane. You pull her numbers away and she’ll be less valuable than a slap Aba.
You forgot about Imperius, he can solo bosses from lvl 10.
And Abathur who rampages in QM.
Like half of these are in a desperate need of buffs.
I think Bliz fix that bug already. They just forget to mention it in the patch update
And ppl who used it got suspended/banned.
Probably just Hanzo and Garrosh a little.

that’s more than a quarter of all playable heroes. I don’t wanna be that git-gud-guy, but are you sure its them that need nerfs? lmao
U Also missing Uther on that list, a tank disguised as a healer with stuns with short cd and point and click.

Hanzo - maybe, i never see any good ones
Anduin- no
Kelthuzad - no
Garrosh - should just be redesigned his kit is awkward and his passive is stupid
Lucio - no
Zuljin - also redesigned dazdingo is overpowered the other ult is useless
Varian - no
Alarak - maybe nerf silence and buff other stuff his kit is just weird and silence are stupid
Guldan- no
Dehaka- no
Rexxar- no
Butcher- LOL no
Kaelthas - make him harder somehow he’s too braindead
Azmodan - no
Zagara - lol
Abathur - maybe, but probably not

Illidan - they should probably just move some talents around/change others so he’s not ridiculous with specific team comps and useless in others
Sgt Hammer - maybe, but probably not. the only thing that actually counters tracer right now so please don’t.
Raynor - never see a good one so i dont know
Gazlowe - no
Tassadar- maybe a small nerf but he’s so immobile i dont see how he can be overpowered
Stitches- no
I am sure the developers will get to it if they have any strength left after they dumpster Tracer again.
