Since last thread was apparently deleted for now reason or just somehow VANISHED… Here i go again.
Everything is unavailable
Store is unavailable
Every game mode is unavailable
If i try to access a replay the screen goes black and the game won’t respond
I can access Custom Game but every map is a white box
I already tried…
Uninstalling and reinstalling Both HOTS and Blizzard
Clearing Blizzard cache
DELETING BOTH BLIZZARD AND HEROES OF THE STORM program data folders
DELETING HEROES OF THE STORM document folders
and obviously file repair did nothing.
Updating Windows
Updating Drivers.
WONT WORK.

Decided to run winMTR and here are some results
Since Im in Argentina i guess it’s trying to connect trough Brazil and saw something interesting here

Wich is weird, I got friends getting into the game perfectly and they live just a few blocks from me. So i don’t think this is the problem. but shared it just in case

Set the firewall. Still not working. Also forwarded the Modem and rebooted it. no results.
This is the only game i can’t play online
Update 3: Solved
It was the brasil server. Connected trough a VPN to NA and it downloaded all game modes.
