Hi, It’s been a while since i’ve last played this game but i decided to come back to it. I installed the game and it runs as it is supposed to do but it doesn’t seem to load certain data which makes the game unplayable.
Everything is blank, my profile is blank although it does state my level and currency, the shop is blank my collection is blank when trying to play any type of match i have an empty hero list, so i can’t select any hero either. trying to create a custom match presents me with white images where the maps should be. when hovering over what should be the start match button but is now a please wait button it states “this playmode is currently unavailable” and when opening the shop it states “unlocking temporarily unavailable”
I can do the little tutorial games and challenges.
I’m assuming it’s some sort of connection issue but i’ve already tried disabling my firewall
