Error : Unable to Play

Whenever I try to play, I’m block in the menu : I can’t see profile, the play button is here but it tell me that the game is unavailable, the store is unavailable, … I tried to reinstall the game, upload my graphic drivers, clean the DNS, using another network connection. That’s the first time it happen.

This is typically caused by network problems. If it’s happening on a different network though, my guess is that it’s a Windows firewall issue or security program causing conflicts. Try adding HotS as an exception any security software and make sure that the ports are enabled in the Windows firewall.
