They don’t give a lot of reasons to major patch note changes. But Hero spotlights become dated almost as early as the next balance patch after a Hero’s release. Kel’Thuzad doesn’t chain to structures, Garrosh no longer pulls enemies towards him. Chromie earns her 2nd tier talents at level 2 instead of level 3…

Someone so new to the game I’m not surprised that you feel deceived. However, there’s an unofficial site that does a more than amazing job archiving every Hero change and even cites and links the patch notes in which that occurs instead of going through every one of Blizzard’s Blogs.
