I’m receiving this error now, “DirectX 11 is not available on this machine. Direct3D 11 is available under Windows 7 or better” when trying to play HotS
DirectX is updated (i have version 12), my graphics drivers are up to date, I’ve rebooted. I’m reinstalling now since I can find 0 information about this online.
I recommend posting your DXDiag listing so technical support has more information as to what your system is capable of.
