Crash using try mode, even after I desync one drive and uninstalled it

try mode crash to desk top.
I already tried couple solutions to the crash such as uninstall then reinstall, updated all drivers, delete all cach files, resetting default features and and keep getting the same error message that files in my installation are damaged

It appears your Heroes of the Storm Settings folder is on your OneDrive.

OneDrive\Documents\Heroes of the Storm

As the game will not have permissions to access this, you will need to unsync your OneDrive and make sure your Documents folder is not synced to OneDrive.

I have tried unynced to OneDrive, and I also uninstalled OneDrive completely, and the game still crashes when I enter try mode.

Hey there,

Lets first try resetting the game settings, should clear out that folder and re-create it. Though if it’s still crashing after that we’d want to try a new admin profile.
