Constant disconnects

I experience constant disconnect issues. I can potentially/maybe get 1 game in, then afterwards, just constant disconnects; these are from pure AI team games because i’m not going to go into quickmatch games with teams if these problems happen here. I have both WINMTR and LookingGlass files for troubleshooting, however, when I tried to place them like you said in many posts before, it said I “couldn’t post links.”

Hey there FreedomLink,

That does sound like a connection issue is going on even though you’re playing against the AI only. My first thought is it could be due to some form of Quality of Service software. If you have a program like HP Omen or ASUS ROG Gamefirst, try disabling the network booster or just uninstall the program entirely to see if that helps.

If you don’t have either, can we see those Winmtr results to see if anything looks odd? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

MTR Here

If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)

is this what you mean?

Howdy FreedomLink,

In this case, I’d suggest starting with directly connecting to the modem with an ethernet cable to see if there’s any improvement.

If not, try testing another network temporarily like a mobile hotspot or a free VPN. If this helps, then it could indicate a problem happening with the modem or ISP routing. Otherwise, there may be something on the computer causing issues.
