Constant disconnecting from the game

Hi there,

Having issues with game recently where game I am constantly connecting and disconnecting with lots of stuttering in between. Ping sometimes skyrockets into 600-2000 range. I’m playing from Australia and am often connected to the Central US server. This happened all afternoon, with the following log taken around 9:24PM AEST.

Computer specs:
Intel Core i5-4590 CPU @3.30 GHz
8.00GB RAM
64 bit OS
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Graphics card, recently updated driver (Version 452.06)

Would appreciate any help, happy to provide additional info. I ran lots of traceroute, ping test etc. but nothing that seem particularly conclusive.

My WinMTR log during about 10 min of one such game is below:

The big problems I noticed is the 3% packet losss and 131ms latency spikes to the modem. This most likely indicates wireless interference so if you are using wireless, then try testing the game while using an ethernet cable. I know this isn’t always convenient but it can help narrow down the problem. If you already using an ethernet cable then there may be a throttling issue or a problem with the modem. You may want to consider testing another network to see if there’s any difference.
