While trying to play HOTs on windows 7 during play i get consistent 3-4sec lag spikes every 30sec - 1min. I’ve tried resetting my router, connecting via a cable, I’ve updated all drivers etc with no success. I’ve also followed everything located in,

download and run WinMTR while you are in game. make sure you are experiencing the lag spikes while it is running so that it can pick up on this. you should also have a minimum of 250-500 send counts.
