Connected to a distant server

Hey all,

I’m from Singapore and games usually work out great unless I’m in a party with 3 or more members that is not from my region. It connects me to another server (Mostly the Western American Server) and that induces a huge spike in my latency.

I have already set Singapore as my preferred server and yet it insistently connects me to another server when queued with 3 or more members. I really want to party up with players but this turns me off from doing so.

Is there any way to resolve this problem?

Well, there’s your problem.

Easy way to solve this, you can party up people from your own region, those who can play on your region, or kindly ask them if they can switch their preferred region to yours. That way, you can play at optimal ping.
