I believe enemies can still only be affected by one Psionic Storm at a time, and this information used to be described in Psionic Echo’s tooltip, but now is nowhere to be found.
The new Cores’ Abilities are also only listed in the patch notes. Given how many different ones there are, I would suggest adding them to their Target Info Panels (which, I would say, are underutilized in general).
