Neither in the talents description nor in the patch notes is explained wheter speed boosts from talents should stack or not, therefore I’m not sure if its a bug or not however it doesnt seem to me that chromie get (full) speed boost from Gnome speed ahead or Chronic Conditions together with Blessing of the Bronze. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Speed boosts do not stack, instead the biggest boost is used.
So, if for example you take Blessing of the Bronze (+10% movement speed) and a Brightwing uses Pixie Dust in you (+20% movement speed), the Pixie Dust bonus will override the Blessing of the Bronze for its duration.
The biggest positive and negative buff will stack additively.
