I see that many players miss the fact you gain BOTH effects at 50 brew.
This is the text:
While at or below 50 Brew, gain 20% Movement Speed. While at or above 50 Brew, regenerate an additional 18 (+4% per level) Health per second.
It would help greatly if the text was bolded or underscored. The text itself is clear, it’s just that people will automatically assume the health regen starts at 51, although it says 50.
