Don’t know if this is the correct way of doing this.
Several of my heroes I own can not be selected.
Ready button is greyed out and says “Character not earned” which is very strange.
Anyone else having this issue? Any way of solving it?
Hopefully I haven’t broken any forum rules.
I have de same problem, I can take the free semanal heroes only!!

All the heroes I have previously obtained on my account have disappeared, and I am now able to purchase them again, even though I had already bought them once.
My levels have remained intact, but I can only play with the Free to Play heroes.
Please fix this issue!

Ran at the same issue just now. Even skins and mounts have been re-locked.
I’m having the same problem. I can only select the free rotation heroes, and all my mounts, skins, and cosmetics are gone.
I have the same, I lost possibility to play my owned heroes and use owned skins.
Issue resolved by exiting the game and opening again after playing a few quickmatches
