Can't play HotS

Hello,

I can start the game but when inside the game it is just the picture of Deathwing and I can’t join any games “This mode is not available right now”.

Could be something with the network, but I tried to join through my phones network and it also did not work.

Tried to clear cache and reinstall app and all what I have found on the web…

I just moved to Indonesia from Europe and havent played since the new patch.

Hey, Helnir! This error usually has to do with the connection to Heroes, since it persisted on the phone network, let’s try focusing on the system network. Try the following:

  • Try a different region for Heroes and run through a quick AI match. Once done, switch back and test again.
  • Try using a third party DNS service like Google DNS.

If it continues, could you provide a WinMTR test while attempting to join the games for 5 to 10 minutes?

Now it’s working!

FIXED:
I changed region and now when I go back to Europe it works.

So thats nice :slight_smile: Thanks for the help. It was THAT easy… took me 3 days to work it around lol.

Hope anyone who is having the same problems finds this post.
