Can't Play at all, New Mac

Hi, every since I got my new macbook pro 16 inch. I moved all of the data over from my old macbook pro 15 inch where I used to play HOTS just fine. On my new computer, the game will not open at all. I had it scan for repairs, no repairs were found, so instead I uninstalled HOTS, and then reinstalled HOTS via Battlenet. It still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do. I am running Catalina (latest version), and just reinstalled the game including restarting my computer. Is the video card for the 16 inch macbook pro compatible with Battlenet?

Hey, Roleplay! It sounds like the launching issue is the “Quit unexpectedly” issue. Could you try the following steps:

  1. On Mac Apple menu, go to System Preferences/Sharing
  2. Change Computer Name to something different.
  3. Click on Edit and then Okay.
  4. Close Preferences window.
  5. Test game again.
