Cannot even install the game

hi there,
Since the last patch I cannot even install the game. I did all the troubleshooting step (advanced included) concerning the error code BLZBNTAGT0000084B.

I also try a full fresh installation of windows and still I cannot install the game !

All the other games are installing HOTS is the only one having this issue.

@Blizzard It’s been more than a week now! What are you doing ?

Hey there,

There may be a permission issue with the Heroes of the Storm folder located in Documents. If you’ve reinstalled Windows and are trying to install the game to the C: drive, lets try this:

Open File Explorer and navigate to the location:
C:\Users\your name\Documents\
Delete the Heroes of the storm folder
Restart the Battle.net app and try installing the game again
