how ever they give her changes valla is going to need more health regardless. raynor puts out damage a lot easier then her along with the fact he has a much higher health pull along with great self healing, sustain, and range so you can’t tell me that buffing valla’s health and range will make her OP that’s a bunch of BS and people who say that her damage is to high for buffs do not play her.
I can tell you right now that their are heroes that deal better damage then she does currently and has overall better range and sustain so saying that they can’t buff her serviveability is a bunch of BS.
