I have tried installing the game for two days now. I can install the launcher with no problems and begin installing but every time it will get stuck at a certain point and not move however sometimes it may move a little but then get stuck again shortly after…PLS HELP!!!

Can you test if the same issue happens on a new Windows admin account?
If so, please collect a DXDIAG and post it here using the Preformatted Text button in the posting options. Just make sure the full DXDIAG contents are between the Preformatted Text tags.
Click on the link in my response on how to create a new admin account.
For the DXDIAG, you will just paste DXDIAG in the response box, select all of the text (you can use CTRL + A), then press the </> button in the posting options. In the post preview section it will put everything in it’s own window.
It will look like this.
Thanks for all your help…for whatever reason the download has finally continued to progress, however if it happens again I already have the admin account made and will follow your previous instructions and reply then. Thanks again for your support.
