[BUG] AI vs Lingering Ground AOE's

Playing vs Elite AI, AI will completely avoid being hit by AOE before you use them, further more the AI will not come into contact or attempt to cross AOE’s that linger on the ground for any length of time, this allows a person to exploit the AI and block them from attacking or crossing areas of the map when placed in choke points or near walls, as the AI will attempt at all cost to not come in contact with the lingering AOE, nor will they cross the AOE to escape being attacked. I was playing Probius at the time but also noticed this problem while playing Deckard Cane, and noted happening with other players that had AOE’s that lingered after casting. It should also be noted that you can not hit the AI at all with AOE abilities at all unless they are being impaired by a stun or pulled with an ability into the AOE, the AI will completely avoid being hit when AOE’s are used that have an effect that linger on the ground when cast.
