Did my 3 placements and won all of them. Still Bronze 5…im 600xp away from B4 and im getting 22xp per win. Please fix this Blizzard.

What is there to fix? Your seed MMR must have been very low (did you play another game mode with MMR?) so even winning all 3 placement matches was only enough to put you near the top of Bronze 5.
Be aware that Bronze 5 is a compressed range. If you are near the bottom of Bronze 5 you move only a few points per game won or lost. Being 600 EXP away means you are quite close to Bronze 4, after which ranks are no longer compressed so point rates are their highest.
If you achieve a high win rate in Bronze 5, it will increase your points won to help you move up to higher tiers. It has been proven a lot of times that Bronze 5 is not a tarpit, if you have the skill you can easily get out with enough games.

There is no personal rating for how well you played, regardless of your personal performance you will receive an overall rating of all 5 random players.

They need to do a hard reset of all ranks. I will never get out of B5, I have people afk every other game or throwing. It’s not humanly possible. This needs to be addressed and fixed.
Since you are matched against similar people, you should still have a win rate edge since it is you + 4 of them vs 5 of them.
And the game rewards potato players with MVP screen, because they are on MVP screen, the 5 best players i am talking about …
They all think they played good and don t deserved their ranks.
The current league system is flawed for several reasons:

Inactivity: Players can join Ranked after a 2-year hiatus.

Skill Gap: Matchmaking pairs you with players 20 points below your win rate.

Lack of Discipline: High death counts (e.g., 17 deaths) go unpunished.
Conclusion: I’ve created a personal ban list. I refuse to carry these players. If they don’t try, I’ll do exactly what they do in the next match.
