I just bought Cho/Gall with 10K gold few days ago but it do not appear on my heroes selection…
So it seem that i spent 10k gold for nothing because i haven’t been refound.
Does anyone had same problem?

Where are you verifying your hero collection?
You can only play them in QM / AI when you are in a party.
Not entirely sure about draft requirements, last I know you can only pick them if both are hovered, the other by exactly one person, and it spends both picks (example, first pick Cho’Gall is literally impossible).
Cho’gall requires two people to be selected, you can’t click Ready in QM/AI unless you’re in a group with at least other person. Then you can pick either Cho or Gall and let your partner pick the other one, then click Ready.
If you need someone to play with, you can try the Chogall chat. Depending on region and time of the day it might have few people.

The heroe i Bought just appears as if it hasn’t.
I can buy it again just as if i never did but my 10k golds have been spent and are not back
