Blizzard server stability

Tried to play a ranked match at about 8PM PT today and was in a looping cycle of “waiting for players” followed by a split second error message indicating that Blizzard was experiencing server stability issues.

The cycle ran for about 4 times before breaking and I discovered I had lost ranked points as a result.

I’m insisting on Blizzard rolling back the point loss. I understand it’s difficult to sort out these issues as people could game the system, but its clear the fault was on Blizzard’s end. Please check the activity on your server at that time and you’ll be able to confirm my attempt to play the game while your servers were down.

As a side note, it looks like you were experiencing issues for well over an hour by the time I logged in (according to downdectector . com). You should have flagged the server issue for players so they could avoid this experience; however, no in-game message was given nor a notice on the BlizzardCS twitter page.

Again, please roll back the point loss asap.
