Black screen on startup

So… After patch 2.40 my game while starting up is only black screen
Can u help me please

I have Nvidia GTX 1050
Intel Core i5 7300HQ

Sorry to hear you’re having issues running Heroes of the Storm… we’ve seen cases of black screen on launch across several of our titles, tied to an error in an older version of Razer software. Please try uninstalling any of the following that you have installed:

Razer Chroma
Razer Cortex
Razer Synapse
Razer Wizard

If issues persist with those removed, we’ll want to see a system report.

I know where is the problem… Icant run anything in fullscreen so i need to know how can i set before opening game… Set it to windowed
