I played a very long game and hit 500 stacks. My hp hit 13500 and didn’t go higher (damage did but hp didn’t). Also when I picked level 20 talent to double my stacks it still remained 13500 or so. Please fix! Also fix his hp so it goes back to live levels. Currently he has 400 hp than he should. He is weak.

Is hitting 500 stacks, or even 250 stacks, reasonable in a 10-20 minute ranked match? If not, then it can be considered infinite.
Most “infinite” quests do have a maximum limit.

It’s still weird that they capped it that low when most infinite quests cap at 9001.
They destroyed every build that worked with Arthas on this rework. Hp nerfed from 3100 base to 2700, autoattack speed nerfed by 9% , root build no longer reduces cd by 2s, Frostmourne is 2s more CD, remorseless winter is 25% less dmg and costs 13mana/s instead of 11/s. Death coil poke build is gone, no longer does dmg no longer healz like it did with embrace death.
Congratulations Blizzard! You made all Arthas players that were asking for a rework kicking and screaming for 10 years get rewarded with an even more nerfed hero than before. Good way to repay your loyal fanbase.
