Arthas has lower health on the PTR compared to live build. This is not mentioned anywhere in the patch notes. Please fix that.

also the nerf of AA speed from 1.0 to 0.9 is not mentioned. It’s already nearly impossible to stay alive with arthas at 3.1k, at 2.7k u will be more squishy than an Anubarak. This is a huge nerf to an already struggling hero. Not to mention you can’t use coil offensively anymore, since it barelly does dmg, its range is too small now and you don;t get mana or sufficient heal back and the cd will be 9s instead of 6. If you’re gonna rework this hero don’t make him weaker than he already is. Keep his hp and old coil build active.
