I just now got disconnected from the hots ranked lobby for no fault of my own. However, I was given a leaver status and now can’t play ranked. I believe this to be a bug on your end.
Did you have an unselectable hero or empty hero selection while the timer reached 0?
If so, all players who hovered an unselectable (taken, unowned or banned) hero or an empty selection will be kicked out of the lobby for inactivity.
Keep in mind the game has not had a random selection in Draft Lobbies for years. You are required to make 2 valid picks on double pick rounds or 1 valid pick on single pick rounds.
If you don’t, everyone who didn’t lock in a valid selection is kicked out and penalized -500 points. You also can’t wait to be last pick, if nobody else is picking you are forced to pick or you will get kicked out along with everybody else who didn’t want to pick.
