Everything I said on the title.
I was playing fine and I got disconnected and since then, every time I try to start a match it goes to the loading screen of the map and the unexpected fatal error occurs.

It appears you have an ATI HD4000 Series video card. I am noticing other HD4000 Series cards crashing. Can you please verify the driver version you currently have installed, and download and install the 13.9 drivers here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-4000-series/ati-radeon-hd-4810 to see if it helps with the crashes?
I am curious since AMD stopped updating the drivers in 2013, if it is finally causing issues in Heroes with the recent updates.
If anyone else is experiencing similar issues with HD4000 cards, please let me know.
