Been getting unexpected fatal error for sometime now anytime I join a match against players as soon as the loading screen finishes, or when I join a party with a friend. Tried reinstalling, repairing, reseting default settings and more.

Looking at the crash logs, it appears your crashing based on the in-game voice chat SDK. Normally to resolve this issue all you need to do is re-install an updated version of your Realtek audio drivers. This should resolve the crashes. You can normally get these from the motherboard manufacturer support portal.
