It’s been a long while that I’ve been with you guys, in this community, playing this game. But with the release of Deathwing, despite being excited for his prophesied release, the legend, the myth, now that he’s in the game, and with how insanely strong he is… First, let’s talk about Deathwing.
- His Z is a global.
- Huge potential damage, potentially
- Is gigantic. in every game he’s in, without fail. Never is not very large.

Now that that’s over with, I can’t help but say it really seems like a slap in the face for AVG and most antivirus software to try to install bloatware on my computer whenever downloading an update or something. Always hidden as some kind of necessary side-step to the installation process or some tricky “Accept these ToS J/K it’s actually a software we’re trying to sell you”. So it’s finally come to this. I’m uninstalling all of that bloatware stuff, and let me tell you, pretty upset that they tried to do it. I’m gonna go take my ginger tea off the stove since I think it’s done.
It’s with a heavy heart that I write this, although it should be a light heart, considering I’m no longer carrying that extra bloat around. Hope everything goes well for everyone. See you around.

Basically EVERY new hero is over powered at release. Not sure why complain about it. Need to keep the hype train rolling to generate revenue for a F2P game. Wanna keep the lights on in the server room yes?

That has always been a thing, since they are mostly free to use.
EDIT turn off the pop ups in the settings, we are not in the 90s anymore
Bloatware itself, is in almost everything technological you purchase. It is companies trying to shore up a lose coin purse/make more money

sad to see you go like this. but not really surprised to say the least all i’m seeing is most of my friend’s quitting not because of deathwing but because they accepted the fact that hots is changed to an even worse state~ even i don’t play as much as i used to before because the game isn’t fun anymore to me i know that i’ll actually quit for good one day since i already stopped playing it and rarely online even ranked i don’t play it that much anymore while it was my favorite game mode in the game cause i thought it was one of the game modes where people actually “Try” rather than “Troll” but was wrong people troll in every game mode nowadays and if you don’t like that your only option is to quit it.
however i hope you find something better that’ll make you enjoy it more rather than make you feel like leaving every minute you’re online playing it. perhaps if it was offline game then that’s another thing since you won’t be dealing with trolls etc. “other than npcs” lol but yeah wish you the best of luck and was fun having you around in the forums and was nice to meet you!

I just can’t stand it when developers make the decision to add something they know everyone is going to hate… It’s perfectly obvious that if you have to try to play tricks on peoples’ eyes, give false alarms, you know, fool people like my parents into installing toolbars on their browser and whatnot, that’s just not right.

Not really my place to say much.
I’ve played the game since the beginning.
Avoided the forums like the plague for the most part.
was never really a “community” guy y’know?
Had to give up and quit several times over the years.
For a bunch of reasons, internet issues, potato powered computers, the time they kneecapped Balog Olaf and Erik and nerfed them into the ground (they still haven’t recovered…) the hgc getting shut down, Qhira…
Always came back though, eventually.
Maybe you should take a break from it, y’know?
Give it a few weeks or a year…

I dont even care about deathwing. There are counters and plays and bans to deal with him. I would be more concerned with blizzard supporting trolling in ranked game play cause they always match you with players who game throw and feed and tell you to go kill yourselves and yet never are punished for it.

Ok, so the virus stuff I can understand, but Deathwing? Even if he were (he is admittedly a bit overtuned at the moment), you act like they’re not gonna nerf him literally later TODAY.

Same : ( its simply because only QM is available for us. Blizz 6pwont enable us to play any mode besides qm. So now its only drafting against DW and borring. A shame blizz threads us long playing gamers with such disrespect.
I would have given tons of ideas how to improve but they are simply not asking us what they need to do. Maybe 20 ideas are stupid. But if 1 is good. Then its a win
