I haven’t play this game since 2017 .
I just install and i lost all my progress.
I reboot 3 times the battle net and nothing.
I change the location to make sure but nothing
I look on my email and when i type heroes of the stroms i have some email about 2017.
Can you help me ,

The other big to check is making sure you are logged into the correct battle.net account. When looking at your account the Heroes license wasn’t created until yesterday. If you would like you can put a ticket in so that the game masters can take a look for an alternate battle.net account if you had one.
Checked all my regions and all my accounts. Beginner account everywhere.
My second account so you can check for yourself.
Same in here, i lost everything and dont know why . HELP PLZ
