All my Heroes on my account are gone

Hello,

In HOTS i have lvl 1200, but all my Heroes are gone. I can pick just free Heroes.
Please help or fix.

Make sure you are connected to the correct region. For some reason if you are connected to the EU region and the server logs you out the login screen that is presented will have the US region selected so logging in without changing the selected region will log-in to the US region which does not have your EU progress.

Not counting the current server outages with Blizzard, this is exactly what has happened in 99% of such posts made here of heroes being gone.

Being disconnected (and returning to the login screen) on EU will default the server selection to US on the lower left corner. Changing it to EU fixes it.
