I came across a potential bug on Blackheart’s bay. If you begin turning in your coins in Alexstrasas dragon form, and you then switch back to regular form, it restarts your turn in bar and you must begin again. If this is intentional, please let me know. Otherwise I’d love to see this fixed, thank you!

I belive it’s intentional, since the same thing happends when you channel on a tribute. I think it’s intented since the switch from dragon to human is an action and any action interupts the channel-time. If I’m wrong be sure to let me know.
That’s how it’s been as far as I can remember. It’s mechanically consistent, since the transformation causes a temporary loss of control (getting into and out of), as opposed to, say, Tychus’ Odin. From a lore perspective, it also makes sense: you’re trying to hand over scheckles with your big, dumb, dragon claws, and suddenly you’re human again and a quarter the size… it’ll momentarily mess with your dexterity.
