After contecting to server I alway got nativ crash

Now 2 weeks cant play game , I got native crash every time when trying connect to server, I think this is related to my 100 different not opened lot boxes? I didn’t play game A while

Hey there LTBum,

I checked into those crash codes and don’t think it’s related to the loot boxes. Each of the crashes called out One Drive. I suspect the game is looking for it’s settings file and One Drive is interfering.

You’ll want to make sure the Heroes of the Storm folder is not being synced. Microsoft has information with pictures to do this here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/choose-which-onedrive-folders-to-sync-to-your-computer-98b8b011-8b94-419b-aa95-a14ff2415e85

Note that excluding the Heroes of the Storm folder may be enough, but doing the whole Documents folder may be needed.
