Once every 15-20 matches in Unranked, I automatically drop from hero-select and get a false LEAVER flag.
This counts as 3 losses to my MMR and marks my account as toxic, even though I am anything but.
Please help. I have good PC specs, I do not lag when I play this game and I never disconnect mid-match.
I’m scared this will eventually lead to a perma-ban. HELP!

Typically when I see this happen, it is either related to network stability or quality of service settings. Though before trying any troubleshooting I did want to mention that Tech Support Agents cannot modify penalties or MMR. During testing please only use non-ranked game modes.
For Quality of Service Settings, basically just login to your router and check to see if it has this setting. If it does, disable it.
Of course there is also still the factor of network stability. If possible please run this winMTR test, then play the game until the issue happens. That way the test can record the issue in its report.

I get booted from hero select 3 times since this post. I noticed I can type in general chat in real time NO PROBLEM, but I cannot type in [Draft Team] chat.
In my modem ethernet properties, I found “QoS Packet Scheduler”. IS that what I need to UNCHECK?
I’d also like to point out that I can’t use the voice chat in this game because it drops constantly; but remember, I do not lag or disconnect mid-game.
