6 Hour Queue - No Game Offered

Hello- I made a post in the recent AMA about a 6 hour queue that I experienced and was asked to post here with additional details:

Account: Mod#1674
Server: North America
Queue Start: ~9:25 PM 2/23/19 (EST, GMT -5)
Queue End (logged off): ~3:10 AM 2/24/19 (EST, GMT -5)
Estimated Wait: ~1,010 seconds (16 minutes)
Elapsed Time: ~20,571 seconds (342 minutes)
HL Rank: Not Placed- 2 wins/1 loss
Previous Season HL Rank: Master

That’s about all the pertinent info I can think of. I literally just logged on, went to the HL screen and queue’d up for a game. The queue never popped and then dropped or anything like that… the time just continuously ticked up until I couldn’t stay awake any longer and had to log off.

That is a freakishly long queue for the US. Did they specify if they wanted you to post this in gen chat, or in Technical Support of the Bug Report section?

Hmmm good question- I don’t post here often as you can probably tell from my ‘0 posts’ flair. The responder was ‘Blizz_Zues’ and he just said to post on the Blizzard Forums. If I’m in the wrong place let me know! Haha
